All competitors must provide their own pads, fight sticks, or leverless controllers. We do not guarantee spare hardware. Wireless controllers are permitted but must be disconnected and desynced immediately after your match concludes to prevent interference with other tournament setups.
Every official bracket runs on a standard double-elimination structure. Matches are Best-of-3 until Winners Finals, Losers Finals, and Grand Finals, which shift to Best-of-5. If you lose once, you fight through the lower bracket. If you lose twice, your run is over.
Hardware macros and turbo functions are strictly prohibited in bracket play. Leverless controllers must comply with standard simultaneous opposite cardinal direction (SOCD) cleaning rules. Any violation or suspected tampering will result in immediate disqualification without appeal.
Check-in opens one hour before the bracket starts. If you are not checked in 15 minutes prior to start time, you will be disqualified.
Yes, there is a standard venue fee for all competitors and spectators, which helps us maintain the setups and space.
