Legal Guidelines

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026. Step up to the platform. By entering our community, registering for brackets, or utilizing our training hubs, you agree to the rules of engagement outlined below.

The Scene

Respect the community. All members must adhere to fair play standards across local setups and online lobbies. We are building an environment where players can train, improve, and compete safely.

Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment of other players, or tampering with hardware is strictly prohibited and serves as grounds for immediate disqualification from any active events and potential expulsion from the community.

Tournaments & Brackets

Compete to win. Registration for any bracket is final. Rulesets, stage selections, and character locks are determined by the specific tournament guidelines posted on our platform prior to the event start time.

Bracket manipulation, collusion, or intentional disconnection during an active match will result in an immediate loss for that round and a potential permanent ban from our ranking system.

Training & Rankings

Level up your game. Our training resources, frame data guides, and community insights are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, patches and updates may alter gameplay mechanics.

We maintain competitive rankings based on verifiable tournament results. We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or reset player points if scoring errors, rule breaches, or platform bugs occur.

Liability

Keep your gear safe. Frame One is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal fight-sticks, controllers, or other hardware brought to physical event spaces.

Online competitors are entirely responsible for their own network stability. Matches lost due to high latency or dropped connections will be scored according to the standard bracket rules.
